IndoRow is addictive, so don’t be surprised if you find yourself at Row17 5 to 6 times a week once you get the hang of rowing
A: Rowing is low-impact and fluid and it it isn’t limited by age, gender or body type. You are in control = resistance is created by how hard you push or pull, so you control the level of your own workout.
Row17’s Waterrower GX uses 17 liters of water to give you the resistance similar to being on a boat. Simply, the harder you push and pull the faster the water moves and the more resistance you feel. Your time and pace improves as you row harder.
A: Row17 requires that you cancel your class 8 hours prior if you are not able to attend. Read our cancellation policy.
