Terms

This policy governs your use of the Row17 website (Row17.com). Our website is designed to allow users to make class purchases, register for classes, purchase merchandise and communicate with Row17

Reservations/Charges

In order to register you must first own a class or package. To purchase these, you can sign up with Row17
here. If you are already signed up with Row17 you can log in by clicking on the login button in the menu. You can reserve classes online in advance and up to five minutes prior to class start.

Classes and packages expire, they are not transferrable and pricing is subject to change. Row17 accepts Mastercard, Visa, debit and cash payments. Your credit card will be charges when you submit your purchase. We will not process purchases that use incorrect, expired, or over-the-limit credit cards. Row17 will make best efforts to connect with you if this occurs. Failure to pay any charges when due may result in services or privileges being suspended or terminated. You are responsible and liable for all fees associated in the collection of unpaid balances.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations accepted through Mindbody online and you have up to 12 hours prior to class starting to cancel. Phone call cancellations will not be accepted.  If you do not cancel your reservation within the allowed time frame or no show you will be charged a late cancel fee, which is the cost of a single drop in. Crew who arrive after a class has begun will not be allowed entry in to the class.

Waitlist Policy

Class is full, put yourself on the waitlist. If a spot opens up, you will receive an email letting you know that you have been added to the class. If you don’t want that spot, you need to remove yourself from the class and/or the wait list by going online or calling the studio. If you have been added to the class and don’t show, you will be charged as per the cancellation policy.

Monthly and Packages

Rowers who have purchased a Monthly package are entitled to attend a maximum of one class per day.

No shows or late cancellations will be deducted from your account or charged the cancellation fee.

What information do we collect?

We collect information from you when you register on our site, subscribe to our newsletter or fill out a form.

When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your: name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number or credit card information. You may, however, visit our site anonymously.

The email address you provide for order processing, may be used to send you information and updates pertaining to your order, in addition to receiving occasional company news, updates, related product or service information, etc.

Note: If at any time you would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, we include detailed unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each email.

How do we protect your information?

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order or enter, submit, or access your personal information.

We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.

After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be kept on file for more than 60 days.

Do we use cookies?
