HERE’S HOW YOU GET STARTED

ROW 17 offers 7 class styles including the certified Indo-Row Program® It is a full body low-to-no impact group fitness class. If you have any concerns about adding this class to your routine, please call us. Or better yet, consult your doctor.

WHAT TO WEAR

Though you can row in just about anything, we recommend comfy clothes you don’t mind sweating in and low profile clean INDOOR runners. (Tiaras and bow ties are optional but can be amusing.)  Row17 reserves the right to refuse entry without proper and clean gear.

WHAT TO BRING

Bring your water bottle and fill it up at our filtered water station. You are going to want it.  Don’t forget your INDOOR SHOES!   Also, bring a lock and a towel. (And a friend. Friends are fun. But there are lots of new friends here too if your couch-surfing buddy is busy that day.)

CHECK-IN

Class starts right on time and those first 5 minutes are REALLY IMPORTANT. (Not kidding here… they are. I know we shouldn’t have joked in the two points before this…) PLEASE arrive at least 15 MINUTES early so you have time to get signed in.

LATE ARRIVALS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO JOIN THE CLASS. (Harsh but true.)

WAIVER

If you did not sign up online, we will require you to create an account and sign a standard electronic waiver when you arrive. You must be over 16 years of age.

I’VE CHECKED IN. NOW WHAT?

Behind our curved wall we hide all our lockers, change rooms and washrooms. When you have yourself ready, fill up your water bottle and come hang up front. We wait here until your crew member is ready to take you into the class.

WOW, IT’S REALLY OVER?

Yep, 45-60 minutes just went by just like that. Row 17 has showers and vanity areas to freshen up. Stop by the front desk to reserve your next class on the way out.
